Questions before
the first order.
Short answers. Anything specific to your project is confirmed in the quotation.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. Consultation by WhatsApp or phone is free. Send a brief, drawings, photographs or a materials list and we reply the same working day (before 16:00, Monday to Saturday) or by 12:00 the next working day.
Do you visit the site before quoting?
For defined-scope projects, yes. Site visits in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are free at quotation stage. For other emirates the visit and its cost are confirmed in the quotation.
How quickly do I get a quotation?
A quotation or a site-visit proposal within two working days of receiving adequate information. Working days are Monday to Saturday, UAE time, excluding public holidays.
Can I get samples, shop drawings or a mock-up?
Samples of species, veneers and finishes are available on request. Shop drawings and mock-ups are prepared after quotation acceptance; their cost is stated in the quotation.
How do payments work?
Advance with the order and balance before delivery, by bank transfer to the company's account. The company issues the quotation, invoice, receipt and delivery note.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We price a single door or a whole hotel floor. We do decline two things: generic price-list requests with no order in mind, and work outside the UAE.
What are the lead times?
Stock materials: 3–7 working days. Made-to-order joinery: 3–8 weeks depending on scope, from approval of shop drawings and samples.
How long is a quotation valid?
15 days for materials, 30 days for projects. Prices of imported timber and boards move; a revised quotation is issued after that period.
What warranty do you give?
Workmanship on manufactured joinery: 12 months from hand-over, excluding normal wear, misuse and site conditions. Material warranties are as per the manufacturer.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
Al Remal Al Swdaa is contractually responsible for the whole delivery. Manufacturing is carried out by partner workshops in Dubai under our supervision; you deal with us, not with them.
Do you supply certified or fire-rated materials?
PEFC/FSC-certified timber is available on request. Fire-retardant and water-resistant MDF grades are available. Certificates for a specific batch are provided with the delivery when required by your project.
Which areas do you cover?
All seven emirates. Our office is in Dubai Industrial City; partner workshops are in Dubai.
Can you work with my contractor or interior designer?
Yes. We normally take a defined scope from a main contractor, consultant or designer, price it line by line and coordinate delivery and installation with the site programme.
How do I send drawings and files?
Through the quotation form (PDF, JPG, PNG, XLSX, DWG, HEIC, DOCX or ZIP, up to 25 MB each, five files) or by WhatsApp to +971 52 992 0422. Large drawing sets can be shared as a link.
