What happens after you enquire
- Within two working days: options and a written quotation, or a proposed site-visit date. Site visits for defined-scope projects in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are free at quotation stage.
- On acceptance: advance with the order; site measurement; shop drawings and mock-ups (cost stated in the quotation); samples of species, veneer and finish.
- Manufacturing: by partner workshops in Dubai, inspected by us at agreed stages, with photographs to you.
- Delivery and installation: balance before delivery; installation coordinated with your contractor; snagging; hand-over with warranty letter.

Clear terms, in writing
Quotation validity: 30 days for projects. Lead times run from approval of shop drawings and samples.
Warranty: 12 months on workmanship of manufactured joinery from hand-over, excluding normal wear, misuse and site conditions; material warranties as per manufacturer.
Documents: quotation, invoice, receipt and delivery note issued by ALREMAL ALSWDAA PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES L.L.C.
