Payment terms.
Read these alongside your written quotation, invoice or order confirmation. If any detail is unclear, speak to us before paying.
Currency & secure payment
Online payments are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are processed on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Card details are entered with Stripe and never reach this website. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Test payments
When the test-mode notice is displayed, only Stripe test cards work and no real payment is taken. A test confirmation is not a purchase receipt.
Your card statement & receipt
The intended card statement descriptor is “ALREMAL ALSWDAA”, subject to configuration in Stripe and how your bank displays it. For live payments, Stripe emails the card receipt to the address provided at checkout. Keep your payment reference for any enquiry.
Quotations & made-to-order work
The amount, deposit or balance due and any cancellation terms are stated in your written quotation or order confirmation. Only pay the agreed amount against the correct reference. A payment does not change the agreed scope, specification or delivery arrangements.
Stocked goods & delivery
Returns terms for stocked goods are stated in the written order confirmation. Delivery and assembly arrangements, any charges and any applicable tax treatment are confirmed with you in writing. Do not assume a delivery date or charge that has not been agreed.
Refunds
Agreed card refunds are returned to the original card. Eligibility and any cancellation conditions are stated in your written quotation or order confirmation. Contact us with the payment reference to discuss a correction, cancellation or refund.
