Project management

Procurement of timber and materials
Species, grades, boards and finishes sourced against your specification. Quotations compared, orders placed, deliveries checked.
- Solid timber cut to size, pre-planed or pre-finished
- MDF, plywood, veneers, mouldings and flooring
- PEFC/FSC-certified timber on request; fire-retardant and water-resistant MDF grades available
- Stock materials in 3–7 working days; delivery to site anywhere in the UAE
Manufacturing coordination
Made-to-order joinery and furniture produced to your drawings by partner workshops in Dubai, under our supervision.
- Shop drawings and mock-ups after quotation acceptance
- Samples of species, veneers and finishes on request
- Workshop inspections at agreed stages; photographs sent to you
- Made-to-order joinery in 3–8 weeks depending on scope, from approval of drawings and samples
Fit-out and site supervision
Installation and fit-out works supervised on site, with quality checks and progress reports through to hand-over.
- Site measurement before manufacturing
- Delivery, installation and finishing coordinated with your main contractor
- Daily site presence during installation; snagging before hand-over
- 12-month workmanship warranty on manufactured joinery

Options and a clear quotation
Within two working days, subject to adequate information. Site visits for defined-scope projects in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are free at quotation stage; other emirates confirmed in the quotation.

You approve, we manage the rest
Advance with the order, balance before delivery, by bank transfer to the company account. Then manufacturing, delivery and the works on site, through to hand-over.
We work across the UAE and quote for specific orders and projects. We do not quote generic price lists without an order in mind, or take work outside the UAE.
